In case you haven't heard yet, there is an amazing thing going on at Byron Health Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Five staff have taken FIE Standard and Basic training and they are implementing with residents. Thanks to the positive and visionary leadership of Deb Lambert, CEO, it is a very uplifting and positive place to work or live!
